In the remodel of this waterfront loft, William Duff Architects worked to achieve balance between the roughness of the existing industrial shell and the refinement of the new design. Clear Maple and conversion varnish built-ins wrap the walls, providing a clean, minimal counterpoint to exposed steel, brick and concrete.
